Great customer service. Called at around 9am and car delivered to hotel by 10:30 same day. Very clear and straightforward in regard to any liability for damage, as you don't seem to be able to get 'full insurance' anywhere on the island. Car was fine, rented small Toyota. In hindsight I'd go for something bigger to deal with some of the poor road surfaces. Friendly and professional. Would recommend. No.issues on returning vehicle. Thanks sjcr
